Put the sugar and the soften butter in a bowl. Add the egg yolks, wine and sifted flour with the salt, the cornstarch and the baking powder. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Combine the ingredients for the filling, slowly incorporating the eggs and milk.
Layer a buttered mold with the dough, dulce de leche and the filling on top.
Bake at 350°F for 45 mins. to 1 hr., until the filling is firm.
