Recipe Ingredients

  • 10 Egg Yolks
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Dulce de Leche
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Melted Caramel

Directions

  1. Lightly beat the eggs, add the milk, dulce de leche and mix.
  2. Coat individual molds with melted caramel and pour the mix in.
  3. Cook in medium heat oven in water bath until the mix is cooked.
  4. Serve in a plate with dulce de leche.
